Enrichment 4 Happiness & Harmony is a non-profit organization helping to shape the educational experience for students & parents
How we work?
Technology & Innovation
Partnering with Local Communities
We are working to build relationships with different organization to give homeschoolers and public schooled students access to newest technology. We want to provide parents, and students with programs and services to improve learning and decision-making.
Partnering with other organizations that bring about change is crucial. Collaboration allow us to pool our resources, expertise, and networks, amplifying our collective impact. By joining forces, we can tackle larger and more complex issues, increasing our chances of success. By working together, we can raise awareness, mobilize support, and create a united front for change. Through shared knowledge and resources, we can build long-lasting solutions that have a lasting impact on the communities we serve.
In today's fast-paced world, homeschooling has become an increasingly popular choice for families seeking alternative education options. However, one of the challenges that homeschool families often face is accessing information about available resources. Sharing information about these resources is crucial as it enables homeschool families to make informed decisions and provide their children with a well-rounded education. Disseminating information about resources can greatly enhance the homeschooling experience and allow families to tap into a wide range of tools and opportunities that can supplement their curriculum and cater to their children's individual needs. By actively sharing information, the homeschool community can create a supportive network where families can learn from each other and thrive in their educational journey.
At Enrichment 4 Happiness & Harmony Inc, the dynamic volunteer staff is comprised of a culturally diverse leadership team from multiple career fields and educational backgrounds. The team is very passionate about addressing social issues that have a negative effect on society by dedicating their time and energy to be part of the solution. We affect change by bringing together solutions, expertise, funding sources and collaborative partnerships.
To make a lasting impact, we know that we must actively engage and include the homeschool community in decision making about what is desired. We are continually assessing needs in a forever evolving and changing climate.

Tiffany Blassingame is the Founder and Head of School at The Ferguson School in Decatur, GA. Throughout her work as an educator, she has developed curriculum and programming, provided instructional coaching and professional development for school principals and their teachers, served as an academic dean and education activist, and taught primary grades. When her son was younger, Tiffany began searching for the right learning environment for him. She found schools that were either strong in character principles, strong in academics, or strong in identity development. However, she couldn’t find a school that offered all three areas and offered them well. Years later, she decided to create the space that she searched for when her son was younger--an intellectually, emotionally, and physically safe space for children.
Tiffany is a graduate of Columbia College with a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and a Master’s degree from Clemson University in Education Administration. She holds endorsements in both reading and gifted education. Tiffany supports racial diversity, inclusion, and equity in both the public and independent school sectors. She has presented at local, national, and world conferences on various topics for equitable identification and support for talented learners. She also volunteers as an educational consultant for non-profit organizations offering academic opportunities to students in rural communities. When she is not at The Ferguson School, Tiffany is spending time with her teenage son, Josh who is a high school student and entrepreneur.
